FARNESINA DIGITAL ART EXPERIENCE enhances and promotes the Italian excellence operating in the digital art sector through the organisation of shows, exhibitions and performances or participation in international events. The project is promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in collaboration with the embassies, the Italian cultural institutes and ICE, the Agency for Promotion Abroad. Design and art direction by Stefano Fake. The organization and promotion are handled by Bright Festival.
Italy has been the cradle of creativity, innovation and research in the artistic and cultural field. Many Italian artists who work with digital technologies have become a point of reference in the experimentation with new languages such as video mapping, immersive art experiences, light art, audio-visual performances.
The FARNESINA DIGITAL ART EXPERIENCE project collects the peaks of excellence at an Italian of these new digital art forms at global level.
